How do I make reservations for an
inflatable unit?

our website to reserve a date!
When should I make my reservations?
We recommend that you try and make your reservations as soon
as possible. Fill it With Fun units are very popular and are sometimes
reserved up to a few weeks or even months in advance. We will always
try to accommodate your requests at the time of your order.
What is the rental time?
The typical rental time is 4 hours. You can contact us for any special
circumstances you might have, as we are very flexible and glad to work
with you.
Do you deliver, set up and break
down the inflatables?
We will deliver and set up all of our units and insure that
they are clean before your party starts. We also test the bouncers for
safety after they are set up. After your party, the same driver will
come and break down the bounce house unit. Please do not release the
unit to anyone else unless you receive specific instructions from the
original driver.
How long does it take to set up
and then break down the inflatables?
It usually takes about 30 minutes to set up the units and another
30 minutes to break them down after your party.
Where can the inflatables be set
up?
You will need to provide an area that has an overhead clearance
of at least 20 feet for most of our units. The area will need to be
about 20 x 20 for most all of our attractions. They can be set up on
most level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt, and even indoor
areas with the proper height clearance. If you can let us know the size
and type of surface that the unit will be setup on, we can provide the
appropriate anchors.
How are the units inflated?
The inflatables need to be within 100 feet of a GFCI electrical
outlet. We can provide extension cords for your party if you need them.
What am I responsible for as the
renter?
A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children
while the unit is in use. The adult must know all the safety rules and
also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the
safety of the children and the care of the equipment. As long as all
the rules outlined on the operating procedures page of your rental contract
are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, the bouncies
are perfectly safe.
How may children will be able
to play on the bouncies?
The number of children that can play at one time on our attractions
varies due to the wide variety of inflatables that we provide. The slide
and obstacle courses call for one person at a time down the slides or
through the course. With the bounce houses, we will give you the manufacture’s
recommendations for children based on the size of the attraction. We
will gladly make recommendations when you make your reservations and
on the day of your party.
What if the weather is bad?
Fill it With Fun will recommend rescheduling the reservation
in the event of heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). There is no
penalty to the renter. We will call you the day before your party to
confirm. We can not set up the inflatable in high winds
of 25 mph or more. If you should decide to go ahead with your party
during bad weather, once the unit is delivered, unfortunately there
will be no refunds should the weather conditions consist of heavy rains
or high winds.
When do we need to pay for our party?
We gladly accept cash, personal check or most major credit
cards. All party payments must be paid in full prior to your party. If
Fill It With Fun determines cancellations are necessary due to inclement
weather, your payment will be refunded in full. All other cancellations
due to customer decision within 7 days of scheduled event, will result
in a $60 administration fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given once
the jump is delivered and accepted by the customer if a rain-out or strong
winds should occur. |
